Pacific Heights Properties, a boutique real estate firm based in San Francisco, needed a brand identity that captured the elegance and historic charm of the city’s most iconic neighborhood. Drawing inspiration from the architectural details of Pacific Heights homes and the distinctive hue of the Golden Gate Bridge, we developed a refined visual identity that feels both timeless and elevated. The logo design nods subtly to traditional window layouts, creating a sense of place while maintaining a polished, editorial feel. Complementary brand messaging was crafted to convey trust, sophistication, and local expertise. To enhance in-person client experiences, we also designed a bespoke open house menu and print collateral—offering a tactile expression of the brand’s attention to detail.
